  9. A lot of you are not familiar with NYC rents. Almost everyone has a roommate especially this guy he has 2 other roommates. Not to mention fees and heat/water/gas/electric. Which would bring his rent to like $1100 ish. Also a studio here in NYC no matter where you are is 1200+

  10. Offer services to seniors…. chop and stack firewood… organize garages… smart phone 101 take them to the store and teach them how to use a phone
