Shingles is a viral infection caused by a virus called herpes zoster, the same virus that causes chickenpox. This virus regularly lays dormant for many years before constructing a severe and torturous rash.

Ordinarily, 1.5 to 2.5 out of 1000 folks will have shingles on average. Nonetheless, from 2000 to 2007, there was an average of 3 cases of shingles per 1000 folks.

In certain locations, this number can be even higher.

Shingles hides in your nerves in a dormant state until you experience a suppression of immunity.

If your immune system is weakened whatsoever, you can possibly develop shingles if you have the virus.

Somebody with a powerful immune system is less likely to have a severe case of shingles.

Certain things can be a trigger for this virus coming out of remission and causing shingles, which includes:

1. Cancer and asthma drugs
2. Prednisone
3. Radiation
4. Tension
5. A poor diet
6. A dearth of sleep
7. Insecticides and pesticides

In more recent years, our exposure to insecticides has magnified extensively. I think that this is causing poor immune function and magnified cases of shingles.

The finest things to help detoxify the abusive insecticides in your body are:
• Fasting
• Vitamin D
• Vitamin C
• Zinc
• L-Lysine
• Melatonin
• Cruciferous veggies (particularly radish)

  3. I have lost 5kgs in one month of the intermittent fasting and have allowed many of your tips, with great success! Very simple to follow and easy to keep too…….I do have a question I have asked before, but got no response. Like you I’m a cyclist, a completive amateur, how do you fuel for the faster, hards and longer rides? I understand the fat burning zone 2 rides and the HIIT sessions….but the faster, longer more competitive rides is a little bit of a hard one as I have cut sugar completely out of my diet! many thanks…..Simon

  4. Thank you so much you have changed my life
    May the blessings be.

  5. I got shingles two years ago when I was 35 I got them on my stomach I think on my left side but I don’t remember…it wasn’t so itching or I didn’t experience pain from them I was given pills that I took right away…I believe I may have gotten the outbreak from lack of sleep cause I work 3 Rd shift and I would sleep 3 -4 -5 hours a day I might sleep 2 hours wake up then sleep 2 more hours and go to work sometimes I would go to work with no sleep…I was sleeping real bad hours and at different times? It was not painful to much for me but it really got me fatigue big time and quite weak physically thankfully I didn’t experience much itch or pain I think I only itched it a couple times briefly for like one second…but the fatigue and weakness was bad for me?

  6. The pointy thing that starts with the letter V, and is jabbed into people’s arms, which you can’t say on YouTube is the reason so many people are getting shingles

I had that last year, it was awful. I had to go to the doc. Of all those listed I’m guilty of no.4 and 6. That’s when I had it. Now a few days ago I’m beginning to have rashes which is how my shingles started last year. Luckily I still have some topical meds last year and I started applying it on my rashes. It dried it up real quick. Thank God.
