I dont understand most of no michelin stars restaurants. people still rates the food , its clearly a chef who started with washing dishes there, also the sound of these restaurants I have flashblacks from kindergarden it was called table room at noon, all you could hear was knifes, forks, and yelling, I rather eat home in silence or a 5 stars michelin restaurant

You mentioned a few countries to visit, how about South Africa, fantastic weather, sunshine most of the year, affordable, great game reserves. you just have to be careful the crime is high but other than that we have a beautiful country. If you ever come to visit in South Africa you must eat Braaivleis (your BBQ), pap (similar to polenta) and biltong (your beef jerky) just much more tasty.
