  1. Jeff, your ability to read hundreds upon hundreds of papers and properly digest all of the information, then simplify it in to something everyone can understand is absolutely astounding. I genuinely feel you could give a lecture on some of the most complex stuff in the universe and people would actually get exactly what you are talking about.

  2. Took Turkesterone for nearly two months, fairly ‘high dose’ too. Did absolutely nothing. Any strength and muscle gains I saw have been maintained without it, don’t waste your money.

  5. All supplements are trash because you never know how much they put in them so I just avoid all them. The bs is not regulated so they are all cash grabs.

  7. Please make a video(series if possible lol) about the science behind staying healthy while being ovolacto vegetarian/vegan
    Apart from the annoying isoflavone discussion i heard people giving soy a lot of slack oxalates e.g
    For my part I can’t really fit meat consumption in my diet because of gut stuff/eating disorder/worldview but i wanna get the most out of lifting and also stay as healthy as possible
