Re Ukraine: Many people wondering if Map Men are legitimising the Russian annexation of Crimea at 2:39. We are not. We had intended to make Crimea a different colour, as a way of saying ‘look, sticky outy bit that’s also currently disputed’, but we just forgot to do it. We are sorry. This YouTube account is not, actually, a Kremlin propaganda bot.
@Kato0909 This is correct map. Deal with it. It’s funny how past 30 years of treating Crimeans like subhumans bite you in the behind yet you still blame others, not themselves. Go ahead, ban all languages except ukrainian and turn rabid nationalism up to eleven and Crimea will be only the first region to vote with their legs…
