One dish. Two days. We challenged super taster Chris Morocco to blindly taste a dish made by Carla and then reverse engineer it as closely to the original as he can. The challenge this episode: Gordon Ramsay’s Beef Wellington.
P.S. We truly just desired to look at Chris wear that sloth blindfold. Really worthwhile.

  1. Gordon always brushes his seared beef with mustard. Was that forgotten? English mustard is notoriously strong and even a not super taster would notice a prominent horseradishy flavor.

    10 talented chefs try to recreate other chef’s signature plate. The catch? They can only touch it, smell it and try it.
