  1. I watched every game, in every cup, in my living memory. I have not and will not watch it. Not only that, but I refuse to. I find it utterly disgusting thinking of all the dead building those stadiums, that will end up rotting away after the World Cup is over. I really hope the world makes FIFA pay dearly, one way or another.

  2. Despicable! I refuse to watch the World Cup this year for the first time since 1980 due to the corruption and human rights violations.

  3. FIFA wants to bring people together, including the thousands of migrants who built the infrastructure and who endured harsh treatment and even death. But I think it was a good idea to bring the World Cup to Qatar.

  4. Herbivorous Cyborg

Replace FIFA with another organization. Fuck them. FIFA does not need to exist in order for people to play soccer.

  5. Dude, if you paid to watch it, then you’re supporting it.

  6. To any Indian worker trapped in any of middle eastern country contact your local Indian embassy and they will rescue you. One of my friend’s brother got sick in Qatar 10y ago and his employer didn’t return his password they contacted Indian embassy and they give him new password and flight tickets in week.

  7. Besides this horrifying story and show of how money corrupts, and especially how medieval the middle east still is… I had to laugh at the 52°C explanation… nobody in the Audience bets an eye… John explaining that this is 125 Fahrenheit… Audience Gasps… maybe time to switch to more relatable Measurements, I mean the only countries using this backwards standard are Liberia and the Cayman Islands, and that’s it… same for the Metric System (+Myanmar)… 😛

  8. I love fútbol especially the World Cup. Disappointed once again with FIFA.

  9. I don’t understand how people knowing that, can then engage with this event. This is over me.
