I don’t know if anyone noticed in the final battle, it’s such a small detail, but Vader/Anakin starts using both hands when fighting Obi Wan, showing that he’s struggling, while Obi-Wan goes back to more of a one-handed attack showing that he is finally gained the upper hand again.

Where ms marvel reaction? Lame 😒
Hate to say I told you so about Reva, but…it was predictable 🤷🏼♂️
That was like a movie! Wish I could have perspective to see all of this stuff in order. I’m almost 49 though. I’m good with how I’ve seen them all but I do have a curiosity that will never get settled…
Why’s everyone focused on Obi-Wan letting Reva live? He let Vader live twice.
To me, this is just Kenobi following the Jedi code AND trusting the will of the living force… like his master. This is probably what he had to learn before seeing Qui gon.
My love for the prequels made this very emotional for me. Obi-WAN’s broken “I’m sorry” just devastated me, Ewan did and amazing job. Hayden was able to encapsulate both Anakin and Vader with just half of his face showing, alternating between the blue and red lightsaber color on his face and the back in forth with the voice. Obviously mirroring his battle with Ahsoka. This show had its ups and downs but if this is the final impression of it I’d say it was very much worth it. May the Force be with you.
Surviving grievous wounds is a theme with the dark side of the Force. The hate and the anger fuel them enough to survive injuries that would be lethal otherwise (there are several examples in the canon and also legends of this).
Grand Inquisitor even said it during the episode 5.
By the way this episode was AMAZING.
Leia’s theme playing really got me. RIP Carrie, I miss our princess.
“The my friend is truly dead.”
“The my father is truly dead.”
The moment in Return of the Jedi when Luke says this to Vader is much more impactful because even Vader has to take a moment after hearing that from Luke.
Where are all the bloody tie fighters?
