They do use Green screens… a couple of big industrial fans, some water hoses with Nozzels… looks real.. so a huge sign goes down but he decides to hang out? Notice how he doesn’t travel or he might go off the production set… wouldn’t you think it would be costly if one of these reporters died or got seriously injured while reporting a hurricane? They fake everything!
