Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix Pitch Meeting

Step inside the pitch meeting that led to Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix!

After Goblet of Fire kicked things up a notch in the Harry Potter Universe with the death of Robert Pattinson’s Cedric Diggory, things got REAL at Hogwarts in Harry’s 5th year. With the Ministry of Magic in full refusal mode about Voldemort’s return, Harry and the gang had to train themselves and deal with the insane authoritarian Defense Against the Dark Arts professor Dolores Umbridge.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix absolutely raises several questions though. Like how was it ok for them to have Harry do public manage on the way to his hearing for doing public magic? Why did not Umbridge break down the wall earlier if they knew where Dumbledore’s Army was practicing? Was that smooch with Cho Chang loving or eerie? Does the power of friendship truly solve everything?

To answer all these questions and more, step inside the Pitch Meeting that led to Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix! It’s going to be super simple, scarcely an inconvenience.

You should mention how everybody hated Cho Chang for betraying dumbledore’s army and didn’t even let her explain what happend and later when it’s revealed that she actually didn’t betray anyone, (because all she said was under the influence of some illegal potions) they don’t even say a word to her, like she’s still considered guilty or something.

“And then he shows Harry a vision of Voldemort in a hoodie”
    “Oooh, spookie.”
    “And it’s a zip-up hoodie too!”
“He has no business wearing that”

That was the best part lmao

  4. honestly Harry just seeing thestrals even when in the MOVIES he had seen his mom and Quirrell die is because in the books he never actually saw them die that’s why it makes sense for him to just starting seeing thestrals after Cedric
that plot hole is more on the changes they made in the movies than on the source material

    “Gimme high five my dude.”
“No, that would be too complicated editing wise.”

    Not easy, actually an inconvenience.
