What is Ecrew? When I had to uproot and move to Indiana, there was a vehicle community called Bcrew (B for Bloomington, Indiana). These people became my family. Rather than partying on the weekends, I was working on vehicles- and I liked it. Since starting youtube, I have began what I call Ecrew. It is a community where you get to take 10min out of your day and be involved in a build, but more importantly it is a family.

Looking forward to watching this project. Hopefully this will help the current generation of cars enthusiasts break away from the stigma of a “kit car”. The days of slapping a shoddy body on top of a VW or Fiero and long-past. “Kit car” from a boomer’s POV means it’s poor quality & put together with duct tape when nowadays that’s typically the furthest from the truth. Now I understand there are still backyard-built ones but you can spot those from a mile away. I would say 95% or more of the current produced replicas are very well-built.
You get the majority of ignorant comments from guys that are still stuck in the 70’s & 80’s and can’t wrap their heads around a 2400lb car with 600+ hp that is more capable than anything they’re ever touched.
