Danny Garcia opens up about struggles outdoors of boxing | Garcia vs Benavidez Post Fight Interview

Danny Garcia opens up about his struggles with anxiousness and depression with Jim Gray in his post fight interview after conquering Jose Benavidez Saturday, July 30, at the Barclays Center.

“The pressure of life. The pressure of boxing, of being a good father… It is been weighing on me for 12 months and a one half and I know the only way to get better is to fight, and to win. I am a fighter this what I do, and I love to do.”

Seldom do we see combatants at this level open up about such personal concerns, and in a second of really real feelings, Danny Garcia showed us there is much more to combatants then just the enemies across from in the ring.
