  1. Evan and Katelyn

Guys… I spent SO long on that first paint job, I really tried 😭 but so much happier with the second design, what do you think? If you want another 23 minutes of us talking about this project check out our aftershow on Patreon or YouTube Membership: 👉 👉 (plus 100’s of other members-only videos and behind the scenes posts)

    • Khaos and Light Liberation

@Evan and Katelyn, Evan if it’s a fake plant you can paint the pot that holds the plant black and the inside of it (that shows). That way it’s not quite so stark of a contrast. Black is awesome. I adore the idea to match the jelly Astro cat!!! 🖤🖤🖤🖤

    • Can you put the link to that sulpey glaze by chance?

    • Honestly I prefer the second paint job…. Even if you got the first one as you envisioned it, there’d be no comparing to that sweet bright pink on black with some tasty looking sprinkles.
By the way, there’s a cool Pottery sub Reddit, found a post asking about how to do a two tone glaze on there and it looks sort of like what you were going for…. They use a lot of weird words I don’t understand though. 🥺

    • The second design was so much more fun! You guys both did a great job!

  2. I’ll take the expensive wheel from ya, took a class for a while.
(Also your grey clay was too dry)

  3. next time, anchor your elbows into your thighs.

  4. I just thought what is you guys make a box just for the supervisor because when you made the first catio you tested a box with a hole in it you can make her own little box that won’t take up a bunch of space in the house and hopefully it would be a win since a lot of the cat projects were wins but got used less and less or even the cat-sized hamster ball (that even already suggested in the cat wheel video) so you can take Joob on walks.

  5. I wrote this comment.

Your clay manufacturer AMACO has nice tutorial videos how to use clay on wheel. One big step you missed was to keep clay dry with paper towel, because excess moisture will soak in and soften the clay. Katelyn’s wheel speed was also unnecessarily high.

  6. Carolina Küpper

The song at the end is great I need more E&K remixes

  7. Katelyn, you are a genius editor. This was funny regardless but you zooming in on the carrot tool and the music video, chefs kiss 🤌

  8. After taking a ceramics class in college i have a new found entertaining appreciation in watching others experience working on the wheel 😂

  9. RomanoProductions

    They’re in Texas and they’re cute <3
