  1. For all who are about to embark on this – I want to let you know, I started one of Adrienne’s 30 day journey back in in the beginning of 2020, it was the kickstarter of a whole new life, after doing this I joined the gym, started 2 martial arts, and today I’m sitting in a brand new body, 5 stone lighter and in the best condition I’ve ever been in my entire life. Thank you Adrienne.

For those starting, enjoy the journey and one of the biggest peices of advice I can give, is to harness the discipline of it, just turning up, and getting the mat out every day (no matter how you feel). I had no idea just how far that alone would take me today. Enjoy, all.

  2. This is the best investment you can do for your physical, emotional and mental health. I have been doing Yoga with Adriene since 2020, started with Home series and I fell in love. Now I make sure to start the year with Adriene ❤️❤️❤️ Breath series for 2021, and Move series for 2022, and now Center series for 2023.. looking forward to starting
Thank you Adriene and Yoga with Adriene team 😍

  3. Always look forward to this, but this year I’m 3 months postnatal with a prolapse…not sure what I’ll manage as haven’t got back to yoga yet and everything is so uncomfortable 🙁 I will still try to follow, but it’s not the same as other years

  4. Show Up & Glow ASMR

I’m so looking forward to this! 💯

  5. Happy New Year! The last time I committed to this was 2020, and I continued the practice through April, but we all know what summer 2020 was like! It’s good to be back. I commit to the 30 day yoga journey because I want to capture the love and peace that I know is possible through this practice. ❤ to all!

  6. I lost my dad in 2022, my joy has fizzled out but a little light shines when I stick to my yoga with Adriene videos, and Center has been something to look forward to. Thank you for your time and dedication to this platform. Happy New Year 🌟

  7. This will be my third 30 day yoga journey and I have really been looking forward to joining Adriene on the mat again this new year!

  8. What time does this drop for Australia?
    I’m ready to go!

  9. I used to start my year off with a certain food but the last 6 years I have started off with YWA. This will be year 7 and I’m so truly blessed to have find Adriene and this amazing practice. 2022 I felt like I lost myself so coming back to center is exactly what my soul and body needs. 🙏🏻

  10. “I choose to commit to the 30 day yoga journey because” i feel like a piece of sh*t . seems like a good enough reason
