??RED BOUDIN SAUSAGE: Load the enormous cooking pot with cut up pork and water. Cook overnight. Debone and grind the pork. Season the pork to taste and cook. Add rice and pigs blood to the concoction. Stuff combination into the sausage casing and then link the sausages. Poach to cook the blood.
??BOUDIN BURRITO: Wrap boudin filling in a flour tortilla.

?? CRACKLINS: Fry pork skin and fat into little portions.
?? FROG LEGS & DIPPING SAUCE: Remove the skin from the frog legs and neat them using water. In a huge bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, onion powder, granulated garlic and Cajun seasoning. Place the frog legs in the concoction, entirely covering them. In a frying pan, add a bit of olive oil. Place the frog legs into the oil and allow to cook for 5 minutes on each side. For the dipping sauce, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, onion powder, granulated garlic and worcestershire.
