dude seeing you on the chef show was awesome im already like 5-6 episodes deep, i love Jon Favreau and cooking shows so its a win win… that show is something else though and its an adventure for sure :), but keep up the great work as this youtube channel keeps me going!!!

That pancake reminds me of something we tend to do in Norway. Cubed bacon and blueberry jam rolled up in a very thin pancake between that and a crepe.
Usually with pea soup on the side, with more bacon in it.
