  1. The maps still look so clean. Like no destruction or anything. The whole atmosphere of the game is horrible. Also give of mask over the faces of the specialist. They look like losers

This is a step in the right direction – making changes based off feedback. Keep listening DICE!

  3. Massive, massive BF fan here. Been playing since BF2. This is the only one that I dropped like a hot potato (and I thought BFV had issues, I now have a new appreciation for that game’s launch). These updates are admirable, and their content is truly telling of what was so wrong with this game, but I’ll be back to the series when there aren’t specialists in BF, and when there’s actual destruction. So hopefully whatever the next BF game is.

Just can’t believe how far off the mark 2042 has been. I’m sorry to be so negative. As a series I’ve loved above all others, and my primary multiplayer go to for me and my friends, it’s pretty heart breaking after all these years. Especially with such a great setting. Completely wasted. My heart goes out to the talented people stuck having to fix this.

  4. Great so we can expect levelution to hit in 2025. Great job team!

  5. good job. i wont be buying. the cover picture instantly alienated me.
    im in europe not africa

  6. Where is the content: new more guns, more maps?! DICE, you stopped working on this project (BF2042) altogether. Only by the end of Season 4 will the game leave the beta test. Why can’t content be added to the game like it was during BF4 and BF1? The 20th anniversary of the game is coming soon. Where is your reverent attitude to the game? Why are there no familiar maps in BF2042? You add weapons from another era in the second season. Is this the weapon of 2042? The game is actually a miracle, but there is very little content …

  7. The game is actually been getting major improvements and is only getting better, I finished season 1 and still playing. Season 2 looks amazing and can’t wait to play! 2042 had a very bad start but they’re fixing it and if you can’t see that then you don’t need to come back to battlefield ever. I’m a big battlefield fan and always will support the developers. Yes I do get frustrated with them but I will always support them, keep up the great work Dice!!!

  8. If these maps are going to continue to be large, we need an artillery mechanic like M224 Mortars or Customizable MLRS, maybe even something like howitzers. That would make the flow a little bit more in depth, and make things a lot more dynamic.

  9. Keep adding weapons and maps 🙏

  10. I appreciate the class implementation, map overhauls, and bringing in Portal guns. My main gripe with the game has been the class system being absent, and also the severe lack of weaponry and maps.
