All Quiet on the Western Front | Official Trailer | Netflix

All Quiet on the Western Front tells the grasping tale of a young German soldier on the Western Front of World War I. Paul and his comrades experience first-hand how the initial euphoria of war turns into desperation and dread as they fight for their lives, and one another, in the trenches. The film from director Edward Berger is based on the world famous best seller of the same name by Erich Maria Remarque.

  1. NETFLIX DONT FUC K THIS UP PLZ!!!!

  2. I had two grandfathers who were in ww1. One was American while the other was German. My German grandfather lost his left arm I think in 1915-1917. He was pretty old when he was fighting he joined when he 38 in 1913. My grandfather who fought on the American side he suffered ptsd. I don’t really know a lot about him but. I have a photo of my German grandfather and he looks so badass.

  7. These people died. Presidents awarded medals 🏅. Nice speeches were given and two minutes silence (like that does something). So how did you pay your respect? I stayed quite for two minutes. Ohh thats handy of you. When will you donate to thier families?…hey come back don’t start running

  8. My great grandfather got very lucky. He was captured before the trench warfare began. He probably didn’t think that at the time. But another family member died from gas effects and the Spanish flu after the war.

  9. “Kat, why do you think we’re in this war?”
    “Protect the Fatherland.”
“What are the French fighting for?”
    “Protect the Motherland.”
    “And who’s right?”
    “Whoever wins.”

  10. One of my favorite books. Probably read it 5 or 6 times.
